1. When is Installation Week?

Installation Week is October 7 - 14, 2023

2. How do I nominate someone?

To nominate someone, visit www.feelthelove.com and complete the online nomination form.

3. When do nominations close?

The last day to nominate an unsung hero is August 31, 2023

4. How do I know if my nomination was selected as a finalist?

If a participating Dealer chooses your nomination as their finalist, they will reach out directly to you or your nominee and conduct a home inspection.

5. Can I attend the install if my nominee was chosen?

Of course! We would love to have you on-site! Please make sure to follow your local COVID-19 safety guidelines and complete this media release form to provide to the Dealer. Download

6. When is the last day to register?

The last day to register for this year’s program is April 28, 2023

7. How do I register for Feel The Love?

To register for Feel The Love go to www.feelthelove.com and select “Dealers” then “Get Started”. On the login screen, select “Dealer Signup” in the lower right corner and complete the fields. Once complete, the submitter will receive an email with instruction for first-time login and instructions to sign a Participation Agreement via DocuSign.

8. Is there a membership cost?

No, this year is Lennox’ “Year of the Dealer” and we are celebrating by waiving all program fees for Feel The Love.

9. Why does my username have “.lennox” at the end?

We use “.lennox” at the end of your email so we can distinguish that you are a Feel The Love participant.

10. How do I reset my password?

On the login page, select “Forgot my password?” in the bottom right corner. If you fail to log in correctly 3 or more times, you will be locked out. If you are locked out, please email FeelTheLove@lennoxind.com for assistance. Remember, your username is your email with “.lennox” at the end.

11. How do I create a login for another employee?

To create a login for another employee, go to www.feelthelove.com and select “Dealers” then “Get Started”. On the login screen, select “Dealer Signup” in the lower right corner and complete the fields. Once complete, the submitter will receive an email with instruction for first-time login. If you never receive this email, please follow the instructions to reset your password.

12. I am not seeing any nominations in the Dealer Headquarters. Why?

If you are not seeing any nominations in the Dealer Headquarters:
  • No nominations have been assigned to your account – If you have any assigned nomination(s) you will see a green highlighted area at the top of the homepage
  • Change the list view from “Recently Viewed” to “All Forms 2023” by clicking on the down arrow.

13. How do I accept/decline a nomination?

Log into the Dealer Headquarters and navigate to your nominations:
  • To Accept:
    • Find your finalist and click on their name to view the details. In the top right, click on the “Accept Finalist” button. Add in your installation date by scrolling down until you see the “Homeowner Finalist Validation Details” section. Installation date will be the box at the top. Click on the pencil icon to add your planned install date.
  • To Decline:
    • Find the nomination you wish to decline and click on their name to view the details. In the top right, click on the “Decline Homeowner” button and add the appropriate reason. Once submitted, the nomination will be removed from your account and cycled back into the queue.

15. How do I order my Feel The Love SWAG kit?

Go to www.FeelTheLove.store and login. Click on “Install Package” and select either Option 1 or Option 2 to begin building your custom kit.

16. What is my username and password?

Your username is the email of the person who has been identified as Feel The Love’s main point of contact with “.lennox” appended to the end of the email address (Ex: UserName@Dealer.com.lennox) Your password should have been emailed to you. If it was not, please proceed to reset your password.

17. Do I need a promo code?

No, you do not need a promo code. Your dealer number has been pre-identified and the allotted discount amount will be deducted from your cart automatically at checkout.

18. Why is the site asking me for a credit card?

Many of our participating Dealers buy more items than the required Dealer Kit. As a result, the site requires everyone to add a credit card to cover any items outside of the kit provided by Lennox.
